Strawberry Jam
Strawberry Jam! This is so good and refreshing!
This technique of preserving strawberries makes sure all the vitamins stay in the jam. It’s healthier and not processed at all.
I got these recipes from my boyfriend's mom, the first time I tried it. I just fell in love with strawberry jam; it tastes different from any other strawberry that you can find in a supermarket and is so good for sure.
You can use it as a topping for ice cream, bread, or cake. You need only 3 ingredients and you don’t even need to cook the strawberry
Here are all the ingredients that you need:
Strawberry 2.5 kg
Sugar 500g
Freezing powder
How to make it:
Cut the strawberry into four or six pieces.
Next step add sugar and freezing Powder.
Transfer the strawberries to the mixer, and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Transfer to box containers and put into freezer or if you want to eat directly.
